healthcare.
Professional Experience: Madie has held various roles across multiple institutions,
demonstrating a strong commitment to pharmaceutical excellence. He currently serves as
the Responsible Pharmacist at Kalapeng Pharmacies, overseeing the development and
review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), managing dispensaries, and ensuring
regulatory compliance. Prior to this, he contributed as a Clinical Research Associate at
MediNel, where he was involved in the Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) of
clinical trial protocols. His tenure at Ndlovu Research Centre as a Research Pharmacist
further solidified his expertise, especially in managing study-specific tasks, from drug
accountability to the preparation of reports and audits.
