Graduate Connect is a networking and career development initiative launched by the AfriLeadTech School of Clinical Research. The platform offers a shared space for clinical research graduates to connect, share experiences and challenges, network with mentors and peers, and access information on job opportunities. Target Audience: While initially created for graduates of the Afrileadtech Master Class, it is open to all clinical research graduates, including unemployed graduates and junior employees, who are passionate about the clinical research industry. Founder's Vision:

Founder Nyeleti Mthombeni created Graduate Connect to address a common challenge: helping people who have completed their studies find their way into the clinical trials industry. Activities: The initiative includes sessions in which graduates (alumni) share their experiences of how they found their way into the industry. Resources: Participants can register their details in a graduate database to receive tailored information on future sessions, training, mentorships, and career opportunities. The Afrileadtech School of Clinical Research also runs various other courses, such as Good Clinical Practice (GCP) training, CRA Bootcamps, and a four-month intensive Master Class, all aimed at building capacity for clinical research professionals in Africa.
